Medical Benefits

District employees are eligible for health benefits that include medical, prescription, dental and vision. The District pays the full cost of prescription and vision coverage for its employee and their families. We also provide the option of a medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA). All employees and their families may access Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a provider of free, confidential, professional short-term counseling.
